1993 lexus es300 drives great with high miles. changed air filter, oil, drives great. I just need to know if I need a tune up. I am getting a bit over 200 miles per full tank........any answers are appreciated..........Thanks..

The wires, cap and rotor button should be replaced around 100,000.
